Dear Sirs:

I would like to offer my highest recommendation on the work David Lindemann has done for our web page for the Municipal Utility District in Wells Branch.

First of all, he took a rather drab looking web page and made it look really sharp. Trying to please a 5 member board is difficult in any event, but David’s work easily met the criteria for the entire board. And all his changes made navigating through the different pages easy enough for all computer abilities to manage.

His rapid response to any updates or changes in information we needed on the page has been marvelous. His original layout work was superb and the few changes we asked for were quickly incorporated and put on up on the page immediately. But the real proof of the job he’s done is the large increase in positive comments from all our residents.

While there is no way to make a judgment based increased usage as we become a more web dependant society, I do know that many more people in the district now automatically check the page for upcoming events and any changes we have in procedures. And that saves staff time answering questions!
