Dear Tony,
I wanted to take a minute to let you know
about our extraordinary experiences thus far with David Lindemann.
We are a small, very new start-up business struggling to get off the
ground. We were looking at posting a free ad on our neighborhood
association website and sent in our request to the “webmaster” link.
Within an hour, our posting was up! We were totally shocked at the
speed with which our request was granted. Not only did he put what
we asked on the ad, he went above and beyond to personally check out
our website and pull off some of our content to make our ad more
authentic. The two changes we requested shortly thereafter we also
posted within an hour of our email.
Because of this first experience with
David, we decided to look in to having him host our site and create
an online order page for us. After talking with him, we knew right
away this was who we wanted to work with. He listened and actually
heard what we wanted to do. Once we gave him the go ahead, he had
our site converted to HTML, the order page created and the site
switched over to your servers within 48 hours – over Thanksgiving!
Again, we were shocked and amazed. He had taken everything we said
were “nice to haves” and incorporated them, plus more.
Any time we have a request – no matter how
large or small – he has it done almost before we even hit the “send”
button. He now has a nickname with us as the “Psychic Webmaster”
since he seems to know our requests and requirements before we even
articulate them. There are other examples I could share about
David’s extreme customer service, but this letter would be too long.
Our switch to Austin Texas Net has been the
best decision we’ve made thus far. We look forward to a long
relationship and intend on referring everyone we know as well.
